Constructed entirely from premium, durable kangaroo leather, the Mugello 3 Perf. D-air® is designed to offer the highest levels of performance and safety on the track. Maximum performance is guaranteed by the technologies used in the suit's construction, making the Mugello 3 Perf. D-air® extremely ergonomic and the lightest airbag suit in the world. An evolution of the triaxial concept, the innovative pentaaxial elastic system on the back allows for greater freedom of movement and greater mobility when leaning, thanks to the technology's ability to stretch in five directions and adapt fluidly to the rider's movements.
The Mugello 3 Perf. D-air® is equipped with the D-air® RACING SHIELD 3X system, featuring the comfortable Racing Shield airbag with patented microfilament technology that supports up to 3 activations. The system covers the neck, collarbone, and shoulder areas and can be recharged by simply replacing the latest-generation gas generator. For maximum ergonomics and comfort, the suit features the Veloce Racing Neck system, which reduces pressure on the neck and increases freedom of movement, Pro-Armor protectors on the shoulders, and soft inserts on the sides. The cuffs feature self-locking zips instead of traditional Velcro, and the Soft Edges Construction system on the nape of the neck and cuffs allows for maximum comfort and adaptability on all arm shapes and lengths.
The titanium plates on the knees, shoulders, and elbows are designed to facilitate sliding in the event of a fall and are lightweight and highly abrasion-resistant. The Replaceable Slider System (RSS) allows the slider to be changed without changing the position of the base attached to the Velcro strap of the suit. The elbows are designed to offer two different positions based on preference and lean angle, adjustable with a simple click. Fewer seams compared to traditional suits increase the rider's mobility, while simultaneously reducing the overall weight of the garment and potential breakage points. All extremities are made of soft, abrasion-resistant fabric, which is both comfortable and durable.
Safety is combined with thermal comfort, guaranteed by the perforated fabric on both sides of the suit and larger ventilation areas in key areas. This revolutionary motorcycle suit also features a boot-in system, which allows you to wear boots under the suit and ensures maximum foot and ankle protection, a water bag kit, and a removable and washable inner lining.
